Connect Your Futures Account

This guide explains the recommended process to connect your futures account to 4UProfit through NinjaTrader. It combines a clear step-by-step structure with the key points you should verify in order to complete the setup correctly and make sure everything is ready before trading begins.

Before You Begin

Before starting the connection process, make sure you already have access to an active futures account and to the necessary information inside NinjaTrader.

An active futures account with the corresponding broker or provider
Proper access to NinjaTrader and to the account you want to use
Access to your 4UProfit client dashboard
A stable internet connection to complete the setup properly

Important

Your capital always remains under your control. 4UProfit does not hold custody of your funds. The connection is established through the infrastructure required to synchronize your account with the system.

Before you begin, make sure your futures account is properly active and that you can access NinjaTrader without any issues.

Register and Log In

Before connecting your account, make sure you are registered and logged in to your user dashboard. Once inside, you will be able to access the area where account connections are managed.

Access your client dashboard first
Make sure your membership is active
Confirm you are inside the correct client profile before continuing

If you do not yet have an active client account, you must register and log in first before starting the connection process.

Begin the Account Connection Process

When you access the connection section, the system will show you the appropriate path to link your futures account. During this process, you should have the information related to your NinjaTrader environment and the account you plan to use ready.

The required data needed to validate the connection
Confirmation that the selected account is the correct one
A prior review of your platform and account access

Before continuing, carefully confirm that the selected account is the correct one and that operational access to NinjaTrader works properly.

Account Verification

After entering the required information, the system will verify the connection with your futures account. This step confirms whether the account structure and the submitted setup are valid to complete the integration.

Connected Account: the account was validated correctly
Error: review the data and the configuration used
If the account appears as Disconnected, support will need to review the connection

If the account does not appear as connected after completing this step, contact support so the setup and connection status can be reviewed.

Check the System Status

Once the account has been connected, you should also confirm the operational status displayed in the dashboard. This will let you know whether the system is already enabled to begin working with that account.

Connected Account: the technical connection was validated correctly
System Status: Inactive: the account is connected, but trading has not started yet
When applicable, the status should automatically change to Active

You can also temporarily pause the system if you want to stop trading activity and resume it later from your dashboard.

Monitor and Follow Up on Your Account

Once your account is connected and active, you will be able to review performance and follow trading activity from the appropriate environment and from the 4UProfit dashboard.

Confirm that the account continues to appear as connected
Review metrics, status, and overall follow-up from the 4UProfit dashboard
Periodically confirm that everything continues to function correctly

This final step helps you maintain control and visibility over your account once the connection process has been completed.

What to Check After Connecting

Once the setup is complete, make sure the dashboard reflects the correct connected account.

Connection status appears as active
The displayed account matches the correct account
No pending steps or visible errors remain

Common Issues to Avoid

Most connection problems come from incomplete configurations or from using an account different from the intended one.

Selecting the wrong account
Trying to connect an account that is not yet active
Continuing the process without first validating access to NinjaTrader
