Software License Agreement (EULA)

This Software License Agreement (EULA) governs the license to use the 4UProfit software, dashboard, and related digital services. Contractual matters concerning the broader Services are addressed in the Terms of Service.

While a user maintains a valid 4UProfit membership, 4UProfit Business LLC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the software and dashboard for their intended functionality.

This license permits use only during the applicable membership period. It does not transfer ownership of the software, technology, content, or any other intellectual property.

The license is for personal, internal use only. The software may be used only in connection with a valid 4UProfit account and membership.

• No commercial redistribution.
• No sublicensing.
• No resale.

Users may not, directly or indirectly:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
• modify, copy, or reproduce the software or its interfaces;
• mirror platform content or reproduce platform interfaces;
• remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices;
• bypass, disable, or defeat security controls;
• access APIs without authorization;
• scrape or perform automated extraction;
• use bots or other unauthorized automated tools;
• share accounts or credentials;
• commercially resell access, software, or platform content; or
• conduct unauthorized benchmarking intended for publication.

Users may not use AI systems or automated technologies to reproduce, extract, analyze, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the platform, documentation, interfaces, educational materials, proprietary content, or software without prior written authorization from 4UProfit Business LLC.

All rights in and to the software, dashboard, algorithms, interfaces, graphics, branding, reports, documentation, educational content, APIs, source code, design, logos, trade names, and related materials remain exclusively owned by 4UProfit Business LLC or its licensors.

No ownership or other proprietary interest is transferred under this EULA. The license is limited to the access and use expressly described here.

The software may receive updates, improvements, security patches, feature additions, feature removals, interface changes, and performance improvements without prior notice.

4UProfit is not obligated to maintain permanent compatibility with previous software versions.

Certain platform functions may depend on independent third-party software or services, including browsers, operating systems, brokers, trading platforms, market-data providers, and other compatible technologies.

Those components remain governed by their own licenses and terms. 4UProfit is not responsible for third-party licensing terms.

The software license terminates when the membership ends or the account is closed. 4UProfit may also suspend or terminate the license when the Terms of Service are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or unauthorized use occurs.

Upon termination, the right to use the licensed software immediately ends.

This EULA may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the software, digital services, or licensing practices. Material revisions become effective after publication of the updated EULA.
