End User License Agreement (EULA)

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities carried out from their account.

Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to our support team.

The services and website are provided "as is" and "as available".

4UProfit makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability of service.

In no event shall 4UProfit be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or use, arising from the use or inability to use the services.

4UProfit reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.

4UProfit may suspend or revoke the user's access to the platform if it detects breach of this EULA, without prior notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country.
