Conflict of Interest Policy

Effective Date: February 5, 2022 · Last Updated: December 10, 2025

This Conflict of Interest Policy explains how 4UProfit Business LLC ("4UProfit," "we," "us," or "our") identifies, evaluates, and manages potential conflicts that could affect client-facing decisions or fair treatment.

4UProfit Business LLC is located in Orlando, Florida, United States. Questions about this Policy may be sent to support@4uprofit.com.

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to support independence, transparency, and fair treatment when 4UProfit makes decisions affecting clients and the Services.

This Policy addresses conflicts of interest. The Terms of Service govern the general contractual use of the Services.

2. DEFINITION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST

A conflict of interest may arise when the interests of 4UProfit, its personnel, contractors, service providers, consultants, or business relationships could improperly influence a decision, recommendation, or action affecting clients.

Conflicts may arise in any business relationship. A potential conflict does not necessarily mean that improper conduct has occurred. 4UProfit maintains procedures intended to identify, evaluate, and manage material conflicts whenever reasonably possible.

3. WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO

This Policy applies to:

  • employees;
  • directors;
  • contractors;
  • service providers;
  • consultants; and
  • anyone acting on behalf of 4UProfit.

People and organizations covered by this Policy are expected to act honestly, carefully, and in a manner consistent with fair client treatment.

4. POTENTIAL SOURCES OF CONFLICT

Potential sources may include:

  • commercial relationships;
  • technology providers;
  • broker relationships;
  • compensation arrangements;
  • gifts or benefits;
  • confidential information;
  • personal financial interests;
  • preferential treatment;
  • marketing relationships; and
  • future strategic partnerships.

These examples are general and do not represent a complete list of every situation that could create a conflict.

5. BROKER INDEPENDENCE

4UProfit currently receives no compensation from brokers in exchange for referrals or recommendations. 4UProfit does not currently receive referral commissions, CPA payments, introducing broker fees, revenue sharing, paid broker rankings, sponsored broker placement, or compensation for recommending one broker over another.

Compatible brokers are evaluated using objective operational criteria, which may include:

  • technology compatibility;
  • operational stability;
  • regulatory status;
  • execution quality;
  • transparency;
  • client experience; and
  • availability for supported jurisdictions.

Brokers remain independent third parties. Their inclusion or presentation on the website does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, endorsement, or guarantee relationship.

6. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

4UProfit works with external providers when necessary to operate, secure, support, or improve the Services.

A commercial relationship with a provider does not automatically influence platform recommendations or operational decisions. Decisions should prioritize client interests, service quality, compatibility, reliability, and applicable requirements.

Third-party providers remain responsible for their own services, terms, and applicable policies.

7. PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT

4UProfit seeks to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and manage material conflicts whenever reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, appropriate measures may include:

  • internal review;
  • separation of responsibilities;
  • confidentiality protections;
  • decision transparency;
  • objective selection criteria; and
  • appropriate oversight.

The measures used will depend on the nature, seriousness, and potential effect of the conflict. This Policy does not create a promise that every potential conflict can be eliminated.

8. DISCLOSURE

If a material conflict cannot reasonably be avoided and could affect users, 4UProfit may disclose the situation and the measures adopted to manage it, where appropriate and permitted by law.

Disclosure decisions depend on the facts, the potential effect on users, confidentiality obligations, legal requirements, and the need to protect legitimate business information.

9. FUTURE COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS

If 4UProfit introduces future referral agreements, commercial partnerships, or compensation arrangements that could affect broker recommendations or other client-facing decisions, this Policy and relevant public disclosures may be updated accordingly.

Any future relationship will be evaluated in light of applicable obligations and the need to preserve transparent and fair treatment.

10. POLICY CHANGES

4UProfit may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, business relationships, applicable requirements, or conflict-management practices.

The current version will display its effective date and last-updated date. Continued use of the Services after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
