4UProfit Conflict of Interest Policy

Identification, prevention, and management of conflicts

1

Purpose and Regulatory Framework

Objective: This document defines 4UProfit's policy for identifying, preventing, and managing potential conflicts of interest in the provision of our trading signal services.

Unlike services that depend on external traders, 4UProfit operates with its own algorithm supervised by an internal team of experts, which allows maintaining control, consistency, and transparency in signal generation.

Regulatory Framework: 4UProfit adheres to applicable international regulations, adopting best practices in ethics and conflict of interest management, to ensure a fair, transparent, and reliable environment for all our users.
2

Scope and Application

This policy applies to all members of the 4UProfit team, as well as strategic partners, external providers, and any party involved in service delivery.

All are required to act with impartiality, avoiding situations that may jeopardize fairness towards users.

3

Definition and Sources of Conflicts

Definition: A conflict of interest is any situation in which the interests of 4UProfit, its team, or its partners may interfere with the interests or welfare of the client.

Potential Sources: Among possible scenarios are:

  • Economic incentives that favor certain brokers over others.
  • Performance criteria that could influence operational strategy without benefiting the client.
  • Relationship with third parties that affects system neutrality.
4

Prevention Measures and Procedures

4UProfit has implemented the following measures to prevent, mitigate, and manage any conflict of interest:

  • Exclusive algorithm: All trading signals come from 4UProfit's own algorithm, without intervention from external operators.
  • Expert supervision: An internal team adjusts and supervises the strategy without depending on external commercial interests.
  • Aligned remuneration: Team compensation is not linked to variables that could induce decisions affecting users.
  • Operational transparency: Results are displayed in real time and the user always maintains total control over their account.
  • Ethical training: The entire team receives continuous training in ethics and regulations on conflict management.
5

Disclosure and Registration

Disclosure: If a conflict is identified that cannot be completely avoided, 4UProfit will inform the affected client clearly and directly, detailing the measures adopted for its management.

Registration: An updated internal record is maintained with any relevant potential conflict of interest situation, accessible in case of requirement by authorities or internal audits.

6

Policy Review

The conflict of interest policy undergoes an internal semi-annual review to ensure its effectiveness and adaptation to new regulations or operational changes.

Any modification will be documented and implemented with proper follow-up.
