By accessing and using the 4UProfit platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

4UProfit is an automated copytrading platform that allows users to replicate operations executed by an advanced algorithm, supervised by experts.

The user retains total control of their capital, which remains deposited in an external broker account, chosen by them.

We offer different membership plans with variable rates according to the investment profile.

To use our services, you must register and create an account. You declare that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, and up-to-date.

If in any month the system does not generate sufficient results to cover the membership fee, such fee will not be charged.

The results generated during that period will remain available in the user's account.

The user maintains total control over their capital. 4UProfit does not manage or have access to client funds.

Capital and operational results withdrawals can be made at any time, without prior notice.

Although the system is compatible with a wide variety of brokers, we recommend using those that are regulated by recognized financial authorities, as an additional measure of security and transparency.

4UProfit allows testing the system free and unlimited through demo accounts, without prior financial commitment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for notifying 4UProfit of any unauthorized access.

Likewise, you are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

Use of the site and any downloaded content is at your own risk. 4UProfit is not responsible for damages derived from these uses.

We may include links to external sites for your convenience; however, we are not responsible for the content of such sites.

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their profile or by contacting the support team.

By default, renewals are not automatic, unless the user has expressly activated the automatic billing option.

In case there are open losing operations at the time of cancellation, 4UProfit reserves up to 10 business days to manage the most favorable exit strategy possible.

Assistance in Open Operations: We have a support team that provides guidance in situations with open operations. Although we do not access the user's capital, we work collaboratively to minimize risks in case of early service closure.

4UProfit will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses, derived from the use or inability to use the service.

4UProfit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or partially or totally discontinue the service, with or without prior notice.

The user accepts that 4UProfit will not be responsible to them or to third parties for such modifications.

4UProfit may, at its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the user's access to the service in case of breach of these terms, prolonged lack of use, or other reasons that the platform deems pertinent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the user's country of residence, without prejudice to principles on conflicts of laws.
