1. Registration and Obligations of the Affiliate
1.1. By registering for the 4UProfit Affiliate Partner Program, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the program's online registration form.
1.2. Maintain and update registration data to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current and complete.
1.3. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, 4UProfit has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

2. Responsibility for Content
2.1. All information, data, text, presentations, software, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials (“Content”) posted or transmitted are the sole responsibility of the creator of the Content.
2.2. Affiliates must not use or post any offensive, indecent, objectionable or copyrighted material, trademarks, images or logos without proper authorization.

3. Restrictions on Use and Advertising
3.1. Affiliates will not transmit software or tools that interfere with commission tracking or negatively impact user experience.
3.2. Affiliates must submit their promotion details to 4UProfit for review and prior approval.
3.3. The use of high-pressure language, superlative claims, or materials utilizing the 4UProfit logo or trademark without authorization is prohibited.

4. Advertising and Promotional Guidelines
4.1. Affiliates must submit their proposed advertising materials to 4UProfit for review and approval prior to publication.
4.2. Advertising content must not be offensive, racist, abusive or fraudulent.
4.3. Promotion of competitors on pages related to 4UProfit is prohibited.
4.4. Affiliates are expected to comply with all online advertising regulations, including 4UProfit's PPC policies.

5. Promotion Strategies
5.1. Affiliates must use their own websites or blogs to promote 4UProfit, integrating logos, banners and affiliate URL links.
5.2. Advertising on Social Media and communities such as Telegram is acceptable as long as the group rules and 4UProfit policies are respected.
5.3. Affiliates must research paid advertising services and adhere to the guidelines set forth in this guide.
5.4. Affiliates are encouraged to download and use the banners, widgets and logos available in the Promotional Tools tab of the Affiliate interface.
5.5. Create blog pages, integrate 4UProfit logos and banners, and your affiliate URL link.
5.6. Find a specific niche in the market, develop networks within that sector and use local business directories to advertise your website or business.
5.7. Create videos, tutorials and guides to help users and improve retention.

6. Suspension and Termination
6.1. Suspension of an Affiliate account may occur if the account is deemed inactive (no login for more than 6 months), if formal notices are not complied with, or if the Affiliate engages in inappropriate conduct.
6.2. Failure to comply with the advertising guidelines may result in account suspension, and potentially a permanent ban from using the 4UProfit Affiliate service.
6.3. Suspension or cancellation of an affiliate account may result in the loss of pending earnings and deletion of referring accounts.

7. Risk Disclosure
7.1. When promoting 4UProfit, the following disclaimer must be included in all promotional materials:
For Social Media: Trading in financial instruments involves significant risk of loss.
For websites outside the EU: Trading in financial instruments involves substantial risk and there is always the possibility of losses. Only use funds that you can afford to lose.
For EU websites: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Please ensure you understand the risks before trading.

8. Affiliate Conduct and Rules
8.1. Affiliates attempting to cannibalize our brands for profit will not be tolerated and may have their accounts suspended or terminated immediately.
8.2. Spamming in any form, as well as malicious defamation of the Affiliate Program or 4UProfit services, is prohibited.
8.3. Affiliates must contact the site webmaster if they promote 4UProfit on forums, groups or communities.

9. Privacy Policy
9.1. 4UProfit will not share Affiliate Partner's personal information with third parties without their consent, unless required by law.
9.2. Become a Partner must comply with all applicable data protection laws when collecting, storing and processing customer information.

10. Commissions and Payments
10.1. The Affiliate Partner will receive a 20% commission for each membership sold through his/her affiliate link, for life.
10.2. Commissions will be calculated based on the revenue generated from actual sales, excluding returns, fraud or cancellations.
10.3. Payments will be made instantly and automatically once the customer has completed payment.

11. Affiliate Link Terms of Use
11.1. The affiliate link must be used only by the Affiliate Partner and must not be shared or resold.
11.2. 4UProfit reserves the right to disable any affiliate link that is used inappropriately.
11.3. Affiliates may NOT use the 4UProfit name in PPC campaigns or bid on brand-related keywords.

12 Modifications
12.1. 4UProfit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect on the date of their publication on the 4UProfit website.
12.2. It is the Affiliate Partner's responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions to be aware of any changes.
12.3. Affiliates will be notified of any changes by email and/or by means of a notice on the 4UProfit website.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. 4UProfit shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the affiliate program, including, but not limited to, loss of income or profits.
13.2. 4UProfit's liability shall be limited to the total amount of commissions earned by the Affiliate Partner during the one-month period preceding the claim.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4UProfit operates.
14.2. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
