4UProfit Billing and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

At 4UProfit, we offer 7 subscription plans designed to cover different investment needs:

4 Regular Plans: For smaller investment accounts.
3 VIP Plans: For larger investment accounts.

All plans offer full access to the system's functionalities. The main difference lies in the size of the investment account and, therefore, in the expected profit percentage, which varies depending on the level of investment.

2. Unlimited trials for all plans

Before subscribing, you can try out any plan for free and unlimited. This allows you to evaluate which plan is best for you without any commitment. We encourage you to explore our options and choose the plan that best suits your investment needs.

3. Updating plans

Once you select a plan, you will not be able to upgrade or change it until the end of the current billing cycle. If you wish to upgrade, it will only be effective at the start of the next monthly cycle. However, if you decide to change your plan within the first 3 days of your subscription, you can contact our support team at [email protected] to evaluate possible alternatives.

4. Monthly billing

All subscriptions on 4UProfit are billed on a monthly basis. We do not offer annual billing options or short, medium or long term contracts. We believe that month-to-month billing is the best option as it gives our customers the flexibility to evaluate the service on an ongoing basis and continue using it only if it meets their expectations.

5. Payment methods

We have two payment options for subscriptions:

Monthly Manual Payout: Users may choose to make payments manually each month. We will send email reminders one week, three days, and one day before the payment due date. If payment is not made on time, the account will be automatically disconnected, and we will not be responsible for any active trades the client has on their account at that time. If the client makes payment after disconnection, they will need to manually reconnect their account and reconfigure the trading copier on the platform.

Monthly Auto Pay (Rec.): By choosing this option, the system will automatically charge the subscription amount on the billing day. This option ensures that your account is never disconnected. It is important for the customer to verify that the linked account always has sufficient funds on the day of payment.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit / debit cards
PayPal
Bank transfers (in special cases)

6. Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Account Management” section of your profile. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning you will be able to continue using the service until the end date of the current month.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds as we provide a free, unlimited trial period for you to evaluate the service before subscribing. If you have a billing issue or special situation, you can contact us at [email protected] to review your case.

8. Promotions and discounts

We offer promotions and discount codes at specific times. These promotional codes apply to the first month of your subscription only. Subsequent renewals will be at the then-current standard rate. We recommend keeping an eye out for our promotions to take advantage of these initial offers.

9. Modification of the policy

4UProfit reserves the right to modify this billing policy at any time. Any changes will be notified to users in advance and posted on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to check this page regularly to be aware of any updates. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via registered email or through a notice on our platform at least 30 days in advance.
